I need a CLEAN & SIMPLE script created that counts down the days to October 31st. I need a CLEAN & SIMPLE script created that counts down the days to October 31st. It should say: Only XX Days Until Halloween When it's finally October 31st, it should say Happy Halloween! When October 31st is over, it should go back to counting down October 31st for next year. Requirements: 1. It should utilize proper CSS styling for easy font & color customization OR automatically inherit the parent DIV styling. 2. The coding must be clean, efficient, and simple with no extra/unnecessary coding. Those who can complete this task today will take top priority.

Hello, i can do this project for you using PHP! I am so confident that i can do it... i have done it already!!! [login to view URL] -- see here! Written in PHP - It will check the number of days till halloween, it even checks to see if there is only 1 day ... then it will say Only 1 Day Until Halloween, rather than Days. If the date has passed it will goto the next year. Of course on the day, it will say its halloween! I have wrapped it in a h1 tag, that is at the center of the screen. PHP uses 17 lines of code.
