Here is my plan: 1. Changed URL for Login Page. 2. Changed username admin (default values are know to hacker) 3. Changed table prefix wp_ (This is used for multiple installation in same DB. Default values are know to hacker) 4. Cookie based access to login page. (A special link is used to set cookies and login page checks whether cookie is present or not. Anyone w/o knowing the URL can't access login page) 5. Captcha on Login Page. 6. Lock down if too many bad login attempts are made. 7. Option to block user depending on User Agent and IPs. 8.
