Looking for someone who is capable of developing a plugin/module for Laravel that consumes SOAP for the mail driver. I have a WSDL URL to POST to, and I have the SOAP envelope. You will be required to create a plugin/module that will allow me to switch from the current mail driver, to the new one which will consume the SOAP service. Please write SOAP in your answer so I know that you have read this, and if you do have previous work, that is a bonus. Thanks.
