Classified ads websites featuring user profiles

Need to build a custom classified ads system using PHP Laravel NodeJS Express/[login to view URL] or Python flask/django, will prefer the use of fast JavaScript UI like React or Vue and the website should look great on both desktop and mobile. Frontend The frontend will display user profile along with photos with the possibility of using CDN or S3 alike object storage will be nice, location, price and other necessary information with a random rotating of profiles at a specific time interval and have function to 'sticky' featured post on the top page. The individual profile page will include a profile comment section to allow others to comment on the profile with picture uploads, view counts statistics, like/watch/favorites by other users, age of post and standard pre-defined form fields ex. name, location, price, description and etc. Possibility of Multilanguage support, a good to have but not necessary. Backend The backend will feature a membership system with different type of user login. * Normal user * Advertiser * Bulk/Agency Advertiser The membership system should validate username with email activation link via external SMTP/API instead of local mail and/or SMS OTP via Nexmo/Twilio or similar gateway with reCaptcha/hCaptcha support. - Normal User * They will have their own watch/favourite list that they can add profile to their list. * They will be able to comment on profile post and uploads photos to profile comments. * They will have the ability to upvote or downvote or users comments in other profile posts. * They can upload an avatar/profile photo to their profile. - Advertiser * They can create profile post on the website. * They can insert and update form fields and photos on demand and changes are to be reflected immediately on website. * They have the ability of pausing the classified ads profile so the time purchased for the ads will be stopped and unpause when they are ready to display the advertisement again. * The posting is on hold until user upload profile of payment and manually activated by administrators before they are published. * Bulk/Agency Advertiser * Can perform all actions of normal advertiser with the following enhancements * Can add more than 1 profile within the advertiser dashboard * They have a credit system where they can post and display posts immedidatly if they have sufficiant credits which administrator can top up their account balance when they upload payment of proof. - Administrator * Able to change site wide settings via UI or conf files * Able to change pricing for posting * Able to approve/edit/delete/suspend postings * Able to approve credits top ups
