Build a Website

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a project that is basically a Twitter clone. I have no intention to publish the site so I don't expect anything too fancy or complicated, just a social media website with basic functionality. PHP/ASP.NET are both ok to me and I'll probably accept other technologies as well. UPDATE: List of things that I am expecting: 1. User registration and admin account that can edit/delete all posts 2. A visitor(who isn't logged in) can see the posts of the users that haven't set their profile as private 3. Profile editing page, where the user can add a profile picture, post a description, select privacy etc 4. Each user's own page with their picture and description , that lists all of his posts ordered by date(with the posibility of sticking a certain post at the top), offers a following button and a couple of following suggestions, just like Twitter does 5. Posts can contain messages up to a certain number of characters and/or photos/videos + hashtag implementation 6. Page with a list of the people you're following 7. Posibility to search for a user or a hashtag/post 8. Trending hashtags
