I want create one simple virtual wallet that only can access Admin-User, Only User and Admin can trasfer the virtual token . user-1 can recommend invite code to user-2, but between user and user cannot transfer. user can purchase our virtual token via TRON wallet or others (Don't want any Bank/Paypal/stripe/Visa...) transaction virtual token way done by admin manually also ok if not possible connect to decentralize wallet. Admin panel need to be easy use and also need for well management. (Integration requirement can read on my PPT) The below is my PPT details (must read the how to do transaction part), make sure you have read all my requirement before you take this job. If the offer total price cost not enough can let me know how much of it you can done. we can negotiate for it. If this project done by well, in future i will pass 3-5 similar project to let you do.
