I am quite interested in your project because DMS's (document management systems) are my favorite area. So I believe that a Project Management System as SaaS will be another step in the same direction for me. You say you have already got certain (nice) script which you would like to modify in some aspects (add, remove and edit features) so that it meets your requirements. I will be ready to commence after 3 days (after Nov 9) when I will be done with my current job. My requirements are: to be able to develop your project on my project server; to deploy the project on Apache server (php 7+, mySQL 5.7+).
