Build online Queuing System

Please read description below carefully. I need an online database for servicing customers. We are a company that provides Driver services, and need a system to which we can enter customer information, so that we can be aware of when we are fully booked. Points: - On average we need about 90mins to service each customer - we have 5 drivers - system needs to be adapted in such way, so that if driver gets a booking for lets say 5pm, then system immediately shows next available time for that particular driver 6.30pm - At the beginning of the day I show be able to enter in the system number of drivers that are working on that particular day - For certain drop of locations, driver requires more than 90min to service customer, so if pick up location or drop of location is different city (Abu dhabi, Ajman, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain). So if 'Customer Destination is Abu Dhabi' then service time extends to 180 mins forward If 'Customer Destination is Sharjah, Ajman or Umm Al Quwain' then service time extends to 120mins forward If 'Customer pick up location is Abu Dhabi' then customer customer service time extends again to 180mins, but forward (cause driver needs 90mins to get customer's pick up location) Meaning, if customer booked a driver from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for 5pm, then driver will be busy with this customer from 5pm till 8pm If customer booked a driver from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for 5pm, then driver will be busy from 3,30pm will 6.30pm (cause we are based in Dubai, and driver will need 90min to get to customer's pick up location - City of Dubai needs to be divided into 7-8 main regions, whenever booking comes (this booking will selected into one of there 8 areas), depending on pick up location, system will assign a driver that has his previous customer's (destination in that area) -- feel free to ask me questions about this sections.
