Build me a dynamic ecommerce website where I can sell many categories of products.

Build me a dynamic website, where I can add advertisements without editing the website code. I should be able to add many kind of advertisements such as selling furnitures, health and beauty(see the website mentioned below). I want to use a platform, where my website doesn't crush if there is too much traffic. I also want it to be very secure, such as implementing SSL and making sure that the code is well written so that it is not under any kind of security risk. Features: Sending a receipt to the customers email, if a product is purchased. Sending weekly sales to the subscribed user. Option to pay with zip, lay buy, after pay, credit card. A Login and a register page, where a user can add and remove their own adds, display their sales statistics. View all the adds listed by them, as well as the amounts of detail views received. Number of people added the product to cart, number of items sold. Number of items ordered, product shipped or not shipped, payment methods received and all the other information that are needed, please discuss with me. A red reminder message on the dashboard, if a shipping is not made within two days. A green reminder if a product is ordered for purchase. As well as a tracking option, to get a confirmation from the user if an order is recieved and checked. A main admin who can manage users, and display all sales statistics as well as adding and removing a user and registering users that allows them to add post. Able to see adds in a different colour if it is not seen by the main admin. Then he/she can approve or disapproved the add. A login and a register page for customer to buy products.
