Need to be familiar with Twilio API code. Need to beable to complete the task that I have specified in the video link below by using twilio api, recordRTC and Google Cloud text to speech. 1. Modify current text to speech with Google Text to Speech api for clearer voice. 2. Make option for user to have the option to record audio file on server using computer microphone using recordRTC 3.
