Google maps draw location, poliline, poligon and save to database

Hello, i need to build one html php page. the page is 100% width and 100% height of google maps. On the top of the map (over the map) at z=1000 are white divs with controls. Controls are buttons [login to view URL] for insert point (location) [login to view URL] for draw way (poliline) [login to view URL] for draw shape (poligon) When activated 1 the message should apear (click on map (one click)). The locator should be dragable, the message box should apear (Done and Clear) when (done) it saves coordinates to database when (clear) it clears map and control button activation. When activated 2 the message should apear (click on map (2 or more clicks)). The locators should be dragable, the message box should apear (Done and Clear) when (done) it checks if the shape is not closed and saves coordinates to database when (clear) it clears map and control button activation. When activated 3 the message should apear (click on map (3 or more clicks)). The locators should be dragable, the message box should apear (Done and Clear) when (done) it checks if the shape is closed and saves coordinates to database when (clear) it clears map and control button activation.
