Create a website similar to [[login to view URL]][1]. Buyer will provide changes and updates to all the text. 1. Replace logo (“[login to view URL]?), and project TEXT and property information (“[login to view URL]?) with images and text furnished by Buyer. 2. The Coder should create new animated images (“[login to view URL]?) to replace images in the [[login to view URL]][1]using Micromedia Flash objects from photos, text, and tags furnished by Buyer. 3. Website will include all the features, disclaimers, email, guest (<[login to view URL]>and <[login to view URL]:Join/signupId:3076>{with counter/indexer}) and agent registries(“[login to view URL]?), etc. as appear in [[login to view URL]][1] 4. Coder may move the links, change color bars, etc. so as to avoid a nearly exact duplication of the [[login to view URL]][1]site but should use the same font and text sizes as used in www.pricemorgan.com. 5. ....additional requirements provided in the attached "Create a website[.zip][2]" The code for the new website should be created in standard html format so the Buyer can edit and revise. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
