Joomla Content Formatting / PHP & HTML

Project includes two components:

1) Format ~10 pages (already created) current layered .psd files, as clean HTML and prepare for Joomla formatting.

2) Create a Joomla template for the layout. Please NOTE here:

- the home page is a different layout than the sub pages

- the sub pages will have a left column and a bottom column

- the left column, present in the .psd files, will need to be created as modules (there are multiple)

- the bottom column will have to be created as modules (multiple)

- the top row of the sub pages (image) will have to be created as module

- the home page includes a banner with scrolling text (can use plugin or code this).

- the .css file must be created from scratch and be coded _clean_ - same for the template file for home and sub page

We are using Joomla 1.5 for this project (already installed).
