Clone of Music Community

I am looking for a full working clone for [login to view URL] I will require a back end admin to manage the site. The site also require some flash and XML with the music player and photo gallery. Should have a good design. I only want to clone the functionality not the looks. Will require support for bugs after development Need this done ASAP. Let me know if you have any questions. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
