Wordpress Theme Design

Hi Freelancers, I need a relatively simple-looking Wordpress theme developed. I'm a web designer myself but don't have time to create it and I need your expertise in Wordpress codex, php, jquery (if necessary), css, etc. You must be an expert in all these areas as I expect a clean, well-coded theme and will be checking. I would also like a nicely designed Theme Options page with options to change several elements such as: 1) Add/change full width header image - upload feature 2) Switch header image for full width slider (nivo or some other slider) - Ability to upload images, select image transitions, transition speed, etc. - If possible, allow the image slider to change dimensions as the browser shrinks in size. Is this possible? 3) Have navigation (Pages) bar above header/slider or below (this is optional, may not want this but thought I'd mention it). Drop down menu using cool jquery. 4) Add Google Maps. Be able to set location, option to show a "get directions" link/button. After configuring in the Theme Options, be able to add as a widget. All controls of the Maps should be set in the Theme Options page 5) Add Twitter, Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, buttons/badges in the sidebar - configure in the Theme Options page. 6) I'm ok with you using a Wordpress Framework, possibly Whiteboard or some other framework (if you use a framework) that allows for responsive design meaning the site uses a fluid layout so as the browser size decreases (iPad or smartphone) the site will fit any browser dimensions. Twentyeleven, Whiteboard, etc. do this. 7) Add customer testimonials. This can be a simple use of jquery but on the Theme Options page, the User can manually add testimonials and then in Widgets drag the pre-configured testimonial widget to the sidebar. 8) A contact form that fits the sidebar with the ability to add custom form fields (drop down menus, radio buttons, etc.) - Obviously the form would have to validate and show any errors if *Required fields not filled in. - Must be secure php to protect against malicious code insertion, etc. 9) Fonts - Using Google fonts or Cufon fonts for H1 - H6. - Change font size, color of H1 - H6 - Be able to change these in Theme Options. 10) Ability to add a Phone Number such as "call us on 1-800-123-4568" in the header so that even if there's a header image/slider, the phone number will appear. Maybe using position:relative in CSS and some CSS3 to create rounded borders for a box. Be able to change colors of box. 11) Ability to update theme if any changes made so adding a script to allow user to update from within Wordpress. 12) Ability to change background color from Theme Options 13) Pages such as full-width, left sidebar or right sidebar choices. 404 page, sitemap, blog page 14) 3-4 column footer area 15) Roughly 900px to 1000px wide 16) Well coded for SEO a must! 17) Must be compatible with Wordpress 3.3.1 ** This theme would be used for local businesses such as dentists, mechanics, plumbers, etc. ** If there were any additional things to add, I'll pay for those with milestones. ** BUDGET = $200-$250 ** Need this done within 1 week! ** If this works out, I will hire you for MANY more projects. ** Looking for someone who not only knows how to code but can create beautiful designs, communicates on skype/email, and can get the job done quickly.
