Hi all,
I need someone to build a website using UPS APIs and WooCommerce. This is a SHIPPING website, not a shopping cart.
UPS provide all the necessary APIs to build a website (except address book for Woo), so my customers can get rates, ship, print labels, track, find a location, schedule a pickup everything they need on my website.
Track: by number, up to 25 numbers, one per line. Display date time place.
Rate, freight rate: listed in four columns and sorted by cost, lowest price is on top.
UPS, Service Type, Delivery Date, Cost
Ship: I use WooCommerce for user management, after click on Ship Now, there are three options: Login, register, ship as a guest. Beside the address fields (from/to), user can select an address from address book and can save a new address to address book too. UPS does not have address book API, you will have to make one.
Print labels: GIF format. Once paid, users can print labels and schedule a pickup.
Void a shipment, create a return, TradeAbility, batch shipping and printing.
User admin section: user can view shipping and order history, edit password, address, track a shipment (track link or button should right beside the particular order with shipping number inserted).
Now take a look and see how it works:

On left sidebar, click “Calculate Time And Cost” to start, follow the instructions and ship as a guest, then you will see payment page, after paying the fees, you will see “print label”, “schedule a pickup”. There are also have “Find locations”, “Find A zip code”, “Validate address” links on the pages, if you logged in, you have an option to save address to address book, make sure you do not miss anything.
I have tested those APIs, they all work, but it’s NOT an easy job: you will spend a lot of time to read the instructions if you are not familiar with UPS APIs. Their sample codes need to be modified, and you will have to deal with HTML and XML.
