Real Estate/Job Portal WordPress Theme Suggestion/Customization

Hello Everyone! I am looking to develop my Real Estate and Job Portal business and looking for good themes which closely match my requirements and business model. This job start with your suggestion for theme based on the following requirements. I would describe 85% to 95% of my requirements here and share rest of the requirements with the bidder I select for the project. Requirements: Allow property sellers to "sign up" for an account (free) using the membership plugin and allow these property sellers to purchase new "listings" at various price tiers. My Real Estate site will target 3 types of property sellers - Builders, Agents and Individuals. Similarly my Job Portal site will target 3 types of job posters - Companies, Job Agents and Individuals. For Builders, there is not going to be any membership fee. They can post their properties with fixed payment to my site. They have freedom in selecting how much they want to pay per property sold through my site. When listing property they can assign how much they would pay. There need to bulk-assign functionality as well for assigning same pay amount to multiple properties. For Agents, they can create an account for free but need a membership account to post their properties. For Agents, there should be option to select Builder Mode or Agent Mode payment plans. Builder Mode means they can select payment plan same as the Builders meaning they need not pay for the membership but need to agree to pay us a fixed amount when the property is sold just as a Builder. For the Agent Mode, a membership payment is required. The switching in the mode is not allowed from the account update page. However the system must support free registration or campaign for posting properties for free for decided period of time. For Individuals, there is going to be same functionality as the Builders but they can select much cheaper value/plan for payment to us or even a fee option is available. The payment amount displayed in the dropdown will be different than the displayed to the Builders The Builder or Builder Mode properties get priority in display on the site if the selected fixed amount of payment to us is above certain amount. That limit amount need to be managed by the system. Build or customize the page to display properties in decided priority by default and user can change this by sorting in different order. Job Portal has the same functionality as Real Estate when it comes to user types and posting of jobs. Companies have same user type as Builders, Property Agents have the same user type as Job Agents and so are the Individuals. I would like to have extensive search like [login to view URL] for my Real Estate site and to some extent to Job Portal. There has to be admin interface to manage the issuing of invoice to anyone posting properties on my site, requesting the payment as well as managing the status of payment for any supported mode of membership. This should be managed by the membership plugin, I think. I am considering Membership Pro plugin and I have heard that it can handle most of the membership related functionality. The templates I have added above, do not support sorting for property list/job list and sorting functionality need to be added. Solid experience in WordPress is a must.
