PSD to Wordpress

Greetings, We are looking for a developer/team of developers to transform 4 PSD website layouts to one Wordpress website. Please see attached PDF with the layout of the pages and instructions. (Homepage is the page Showreel & About - page 2 of the PDF) We need from the candidates: > Slicing the PSD > W3C Valid HTML5 & CSS3 > Associate the HTML5 & CSS3 to Wordpress > Compatible at least with IE8, Firefox 8, Chrome and Safari 5 > Website compatible with smartphone & tablet (doesn't need to be responsive, just allow the user to navigate on mobiles) > Custom and selectable typefaces > Optimized Load Speed > SEO optimized > Allow the creation of galleries that can be images and videos from Vimeo, through lightbox, with thumbnails to navigate through the gallery on Portfolio page > Allow the creation of galleries that can be images and videos from Vimeo, with pagination to advance/go back buttons and pagination on Blog page. > Image rollovers > Google Maps on Contact page (no contact form is needed) What you can use/must do > Use plugins, as long you make the linkage between the plugin and the website working properly > Use anykind of framework you find useful > Give a specific name to the theme (the name that will appear in the Theme section of the CMS), not a generic one like 12345 > Use Wordpress 3.4 What you can't do > do not separate 2 text columns by typing <div> in the post text field, inside the CMS... Client doesn't know coding so coding should not be use on the CMS when creating a new post/page... Use shortcodes > Do not place your name in the header of the [login to view URL] or in the [login to view URL] The contractor will work on a URL that we will provide and we will give you FTP access to it (our client will see how the website is going by checking that link) In your quote, please mention the milestones and time frame Please bear in mind that the final milestone (previously funded by us) will only be released when website the transfer from the URL you will work to the client URL is is made and the website is fully working.
