Website screenshot capture software

I need a simple application that takes a bunch of URLs from a text file (.txt) and starts to make a screenshot of URL and saves them appropiately with the correct filename (md5 of the url).

If possible, I want the urls retrieved from a MYSQL database but if that's not possible, do it from a text file. The text file will update automatically every 5 minute so I'd like the program to refresh the text file every 5 minutes to get a new list.

When capturing a website, you can use [login to view URL] command line if you don't know how to do screenshots. I want the program to continue doing screenshots every 1 minute. I don't want it to wait for one screenshot at a time as some URLs don't load in time.

EDIT: The tool should take screenshots every 30seconds - 1 minute. If the capturing hasn't been completed, it still continues to the next one. After each one is done on the text file/database, I want the tool to remove that URL from the text file/database so then next time it can just do the top one from the list. Do you understand what I'm saying? I would mostly prefer mysql database work. I am looking for this over a text file.

**EDIT: I'm looking for a stand-alone application (EXE) rather than a web script.**

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I want this to run on Windows 2003 Server and compatible for Internet Explorer 6+ screenshots. If you don't have windows 2003 server, just make it compatible for XP and it should work on 2003. EDIT: Also, can you tell me what language you'll be making this small application in?
