Website Homepage

We are looking to develop a homepage for our 2 websites. We only wish to change the homepages at this point.

The two web addresses are [[login to view URL]][1] (traditional tax, legal and accounting services) and [[login to view URL]][2] (online accounting services)

We want the homepage to be simple and attractive and at the same time should confirm to all Search engine optimization rules and should basically link to all other pages in the website using neat, clean and clever links/technology such as drop down links etc...and what not.

The success of the project may allow us to create a project for changes across the 2 websites at a later stage.

No work will be approved without seeing examples of past work. We would ideally like to review webpage designs you have of Professional service based businesses like accountants, lawyers, insurance firms, etc

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

We use dreamweaver for designing and making changes to our website. As above, we want a simple and clean, yet colorful and attractive homepages to be designed which link with all other pages in a clever fashion. So there might be some flash technology but not too much.
