VB.Net Human Relations Database

Project Scope: Our company is in need of a human relations software package the we have the capability of modifying it to our specific needs. We would like to model the package off of the GNeil’s MyBiz Records demo. Software can be downloaded at: <[login to view URL]> The system needs to be programmed in VB.Net using a Microsoft Access Database. The system needs to be programmed with an option to link Quick Books 2005 for employee information. If the option is turned off then the system will need to have is own employee database. As employee information is modified system will update the Quick Books 2005 employee data if the option is turned on. All reports are to be designed in Seagate Crystal Reports XI (Version 11) VB.net Criterea: 1. Visual Basic .Net coding 2. Microsoft Access Database 3. Would have to work with Quick Books or standalone. 4. Would need to synchronize employee information with Quick Books. (Add / Edit / Delete) 5. Would need a setup section were you could turn off the Quick Books synchronization. 6. Would need all the same functionality as the exiting MyBiz system demo. 7. Reports would need to be built using Crystal Reports XI (version11). 8. EEO-1 reports, COBA events, and OSHA filings are NOT needed. These are option currently in the MyBiz software demo. 9. Full source code to be submitted on completion of project. 10. Code must be well commented and structured to the Microsoft standards. 11. Project Name and file name to be HCHRPro. Please email any additional questions. ## Deliverables **Deliverables:** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. “Complete VB.net solution files, dependencies and a backup copy of the projects SQL database?? 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained and AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) At the completion of this project all source code and documentation will be turned over before final payment is made. Source code will not be shared or re-used with any other customer or private party. 5) All information provided with this project will be deemed as confidential and will not be shared with any other parties. 6) The system will need to be accompanied by a complete installer for the system. ## Platform Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP.
