Need Delphi coder to complete project from Beta to final

hello Delphi programmer, I have a project in (pre)beta stage which needs to be completed (beta, final). In the attachment you will find a more detailed todo list as well as the current version, and the separately developped panel division program (this algorithm needs to be integrated in the main program). The goal of the program is to build an internal (3d) model of a building, from drawings (floorplans) that are scanned. On he basis of this internal model the needed material can be calculated and a quote for constructing the building will be generated. The main issues to be implemented are the drawing of the walls and the windows / doors in it. (some CAD stuff). and the integration of the panel division alg that will be used for each floor and each wall to calc an optimal division in prefab panels. The total list of these panels, for all walls and all floor in the building wil result in a material list and a price quote for this design. Its desinged to have a wizzard like interface. look in the [login to view URL] for more info. dont be scared by the Dutch GUI, most things a pretty easy to understand. You may add some EN stuff which will translate into Dutch later. We may take a stepwize approach and you may bid on a part of the features to be done to start. I would like to have a first stage of about 3 to 4 weeks, so we must see what we can do there and leave other refinements for later stages. I expect to have more maintainance once This project is ready to be used by my client, since it it quite a complex material the users are likely to ask for changes in the future ... So I need a good coder that after a maybe steep learning curve, will be able to take new bits of work and enhancements to this project over time in the future. If you need the sources place ask and I will upload ... ## Deliverables Again the MAIN issues are: - drawing of walls (need a contraint on the width of a wall, now I use a rectangle for it ...) - floor should be drawable as polygons i.s.o. just rectangles - two type of floor needed (use hash to mark them) - auto wall drawing, after adding a floor to the model in most cases all walls placed on it can be addd to the model automatically given some rules. This should save a lot of time building the model. - drawing wall details: a split view is neede here on the walls (e.g. selected in the treeview). in the lower part the relavant part of the floorplan should be seen, and the upper part should reflect a site view of the wall. The door and window buttons can be used to mark the places of the windows and doors on the wall at the places that are drawn in the floorplan. (so we use the lower plane for it ...) To upper plane shows the resulting site view using a default window heigth and door dimensions. The windows and doors can be edited in the site view and in the top view (lower plane). Also diagonal cuts in the walls (e.g. for top floors) should be able to be done in the site projection of the walls. (a way to implement this is to have 3D representasions of the window and door objects in the database model and reflect changes in both 2D views....) - for each floor and wall the panel devision algortitm should be used to get a list of panels that will be used to build this wall of floor - some minor cad points: select an object, change or delete it. maybe a redo / undo function. - streaming the internal model to and from a file (should be easy since the MEMtables are streamable and the CAD objects also) - print an print preview - export of model data / panel data to a ascii file to be exported to excel or other backend systems .. I may need to have access to the source code on a daily basis, since I need to work on other part and I must be able to translate parts of the GUI while you are working on the project.
