Moving domains and sites to new web server.

I need an experienced windows 2003 server administrator to move 20 websites from one windows server to another.? All sites must be moved over and working before changing the DNS settings on the domains.? The sites include static small websites to CMS systems using access databases.? Some additional plugins will also need to be installed on the new server (aspupload, etc).? Also email address will need to be configured and working, admin ftp accounts, these details will be provided.? the 1st server is running windows 2003 and uses a control panel provided by the hosting company regarding DNS.? The second server uses windows 2003 and has a control panel and plesk system in place.? The new server will need to be optimized for the sites All RDC and passwords to servers will be provided.

This needs to be completed within 5 days from accepting the offer.

Please only bid if you are experienced. These are important sites.? For an experienced 2003 administrator it should be very straight forward.
