You GUI should be original and not look anything like theirs. The GUI should also be User Friendly. The features of the software should are: Capture Videos using any USB or Fire Wire input device. Give effects to your videos. Make movies in AVI and DV AVI formats. Add a background score / voiceover to your video file. Join multiple video, audio and image files together. Combine multiple file formats on the same timeline. Cut copy and paste clips from one media file to another. Trim your videos and audios. Export your videos to any Digital Video Camera. Supported formats: AVI,WAV Windows Media Audio (WMA), Windows Media Video (WMV) Advanced Streaming Format (ASF), Motion Picture Experts Group (MPEG) Audio-Video Interleaved (AVI), QuickTime (MOV) AIFF, AU, SND Supported Output Formats : AVI AVI DV If you think you can develop this package by the deadline, please bid. If you're a new coder or haven't completed a project on Rent A Coder, please be sure that you have experience in developing this type of application before bidding or replying. I'm really not interested in Individuals or Companies that just make a general statement that says, "Hi, I can do this." or "I'm new to RAC, but I think I can do this for you." I would like you to be specific with your approach and suggestions. If you are experienced in this area, I'm willing to differ to your opinion on this project. I need to get this started right away, so if you're ready I can close the bidding earlier for the right coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
