This project requires that someone use Corel Draw to create a one page magazine advertisement from an exisiting advertisement. All we need is a touch up on an advertisement we received from another coder that we think is sub-par.
I imagine this should not take more than 5 hours to complete for someone that knows what they are doing.
It is a dental ad, so if you have had experience with that, it is defiintley a plus.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
