Instant Messenger Program

This windows-based program needs to work with Yahoo Instant Messenger and MSN Instant Messenger. The program will retrieve from both Yahoo or MSN Instant Messenger, profile names, and, send an Instant Message to the retrieved name. The program will have a tabbed interface, and the following will be options available to the user: > Instant Messenger * Yahoo -or- * MSN > Beginning Profile Name > Retrieved Profile Names > Message To Send > # of Messages To Send (nbr from 1 to 100,000) There will be a File menu where the list of retrieved Profile Names can be saved to a text file. The user of the program will be able to input text or an HTML message to send via an Instant Messenger send to the profile(s) retrieved. The program must include an Install/Uninstall capability. The program must include a registration code capability. Unregistered used will get 7 days of unrestricted use but will not be able to save the profile names. Registered users will have unlimited access to the program and will be able to save the profile names. Unregistered users need to be able to input a Registration code and then have the program unlocked for full access. The registration key must be time-encrypted so that ONE registration code cannot be used to unlock two different installations on the same day. I want to try to protect this from Warez. The Help window will show a contact name, email address, and phone number of the person to contact to register the product. This info will be supplied to Coder later. The program must be able to be run in multiple occurrences on the users machine. Only Coders that have experience coding to Yahoo and/or MSN Instant Messenger should reply to this Bid Request.
