Improve Our Brochure Design

Hello, I'm a Web Designer, and I've put together a pretty nice brochure for our company. It's an 11 x 17 bifold brochure (that will fold to 8.5 x 11) - I've attached all 4 panels to this description. I am looking for a *really* talented print designer to take the design I've created, and use your creativity to turn it from a good brochure into a completely PHENOMENAL one. I will deliver the 300dpi version of the attached brochure, which contains all the text and most of the graphics you'll need. If you are not a TRULY talented print designer, please don't waste my time or yours by submitting a bid. I have high standards for this project, and I won't settle for anything less than great. I want to get started immediately. So if you are up to the challenge, submit a fixed cost bid and timeframe as soon as possible. May the best designer win. :) Cheers, Zac ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
