ebay top seller list

I want software to give me the following information.

Who are the biggest ebay seller by feedback total and feedback in last month, six months...

Eg data would be exported to csv file in columns like...

SELLER A? ? ? ? ? TOTAL FEEDBACK 40,000 FEEDBACK IN LAST MONTH 3,000, FEEDBACK IN LAST SIX MONTHS 15,000

( I have now attached file for this to make it more clear)

The data must be for ALL sellers, so that includes sellers registered in places like HONGKONG.

Since the software will be running lot of data to collect all this feedback statistics, it probably would be useful to have filters on there, to say

eg1) Only find sellers with 50,000 total feedback

eg2) only find sellers with 1,000 feedback in last month

eg3) Only find sellers with 50,000 total feedback AND 1,000 feedback in last month etc...

This should cut down the data crunching the software has to do, given the thousands of sellers on [url removed, login to view]

Thats all the data required.

The sofware tool would have to probably use eBay API or tera peak.

Very basic tool, to be run on normal windows pcs/laptops, xp & vista.. Thats it..
