Overview: Take each record in the attached Access Database and call the corresponding courthouse. Ask for Civil Division Clerk ask if their was a money judgment in the case and was the judgment ever paid. Record their answer in the notes field. We are trying to identify cases with unsatisfied money judgments! In other words the plaintiff won the case the judge ordered the defendant to pay and the defendant never paid. Access table contains the courthouse name and which county the courthouse is located in. You need to go to this website [login to view URL] find the county, then the courthouse and click on the link for the courthouse website.
