We need it to work very similar to that, but with some key differences:

* We want to be able to do batch processing of images so the end user can select a directory, and the program will batch process whatever images are within that directory and subdirectory. It will let the end user choose where to place the newly created files. It will name the files according the name of the image. So if the image is [url removed, login to view], it will name the file 123.exe.

* We want the wallpaper author to be able to select how the image will display:

- Centered

- Tiled

- Stretched (Does NOT Maintain Aspect Ratio)

- Resized to Fit Screen (Maintains Aspect Ratio, Image May Be Cropped)

Other notes:

* We want the help files and menu structure to be similar to the example. We'll get into more details about that later.

* Final exe files should install on all versions of windows including the new Vista

* We'd like full source for making future updates

* This project could lead to many more

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
