Wordpress Mobile Website

Hello I have a worpress website and the theme is geo places from templatic. On this theme i have developed a church directory website where people can find there churches and can also submit there churches. I want a mobile version of website you can use any sophisticated mobile wp theme for that but the main thing is in mobile version user must have the ability to register and sign in and can submit or add there churches. When user visit from mobile a mobile version should be open and in left side of header there should be option called add your churches and in that option a registration forms open and user need to fill few details about his first last name address etc etc.
