WordPress Easy Changes and two plugins needed Facebook & Contact Form for easy $40!

Need a few simple changes, I just dont have the time. I am a web designer so 99% of the work is done. There is a few additions and changes I need and I need it asap. First thing is I am offering $40 for this completed project with 4 changes in mind. Get rid of footer shortcode on every page as the client wants a simple sidebar web email submission instead on the right of every page. 3. Turn OFF sidebar with widgets on "Buisiness Builder" Page and turn off "Comments Closed" which keeps displaying in all pages as well on the site. 4. I created a quick template for the trainers page, there info is on the posts section with bio pre done, just need to switch out the pictures and text with the trainers that are in the posts. All pictures are also in the media section and all text is on the host.
