Website for gaming communauty

I need an e-commerce website. It is for a gaming communauty. Our current website is running on Drupal 7. But I am open to all technology. Needed : design conception, website, e-commerce part + some specific module conception. Mandatory : All work should be commented, and a document with all maintenance, and daily procedures should be made. Specificity of the website : Languages : the website should be available in several languages French, UK, Russian, Spanish, German ( possibility to add more languages with time) Currency : all the website will work with a virtual money called credit Ecommerce : a shop will sale product, services and credits. User profile : User should be able to get all his information about his account ( balance, credit, history...) Auction : an auction system should be created. Auction will be created by us. You win the auction if nobody make a bid on you in the next 2 minutes. News : Possibility to earn credits if your news is selected to be published. Roster of members : in its profile, a user should be able to create a sheet for its game character, with some specific fields ( specific to the game) . An administrative back end should be able to create new game category with specific fields. When you select a game, you should be able to see all the character created in this category. You can use one of your character to register to an event. Thanks
