Website Face-Lift/Makeover; New Zen cart skin needed

Project consist of site makeover, redesign or upgrade [login to view URL] using our new Site logo which will be provided, by changing site layout by adding visual attractiveness. We require the incorporation of Google Adsense to the skin that can bee seen on any page within browsing our site. Change of Logo slogan (I will provide new slogan) Change of main page; Instead of showing categories pictures, I require the main page to show "featured items", and "featured brands", Removal of flash animation currently available on main page, and change it to a static design proposed by you. Development of a web page hidden to the public, but available to administrator, which shows daily, weekly monthly statistics of the website, such as visits per day, visit per hour, visit per day, organic keyword visited per day, source of traffic, IP, pages visited by customers, time of visit, country of visitors, Alexa ranking trend (graphic), You can incorporate "of the shelf" current applications such as webstatics or any other similar application.
