Website design for scrap gold buying store

I am planning to open a store for buying scrap gold and silver and I need you to build a website for that( including a logo). The website would be pretty simple, have 6-7 pages and in order for you to get an idea it would be something simillar to these : [login to view URL] ; [login to view URL] ; [login to view URL] . Of course I want you to be innovative , design a fresh and nice look to it and show me a few revisions before I chose the final one. As you can see in the websites above I want a chart like they have which would have to automatticaly update itself once daily(in the morning) with the prices for gold and silver(per gram) which fluctuate on the market. For instance if in one day the spot price of gold is $1763 for one ounce(31.1 g) that means one gram of 24 k gold would be $56.68 on the world market. But of course I would pay let's say 65% of that so only $ 33.60(which would have to appear on my chart). The same goes with 10k,14k,18k,22k gold and silver [login to view URL] example,1 gram of 10 k gold(which is 41.66% actual gold) would have a spot price on the market of 56.68(pure 24 k gold) x 0.41=$23.23 per gram. But again, in my chart would appear only 65% of that so $13.94. So the idea is to apply this formula(the percentage im willing to pay) on all the spot prices. The daily spot prices can be found on [login to view URL], or many other sites for that matter, on which you would have to apply the percentage im willing to pay(65%) and those lower prices per gram to appear in my chart. The other pages would be Home, What we pay,What we buy, Contact Us( Id like a Form where people can ask questions and get more info), FAQ, How it works plus there will be a a Special Free Gift page (thats a free gift ill give customers with their transaction). The name of the website(and store) will be DMC GOLD. I've already purchased the domain [login to view URL] through Go Daddy and I plan to host it through them also, so part of your work is to put the website on their servers , plus the site has to be SEO friendly. After the website is done I would like to have easy access to it as an Admin ,in case I want to make some minor changes to it (like changing the hours,the phone number or the prices) so you'll have to show me how to do that. In the future I intend to expand to a mail-in option also(where customers can request free gold packs so they can mail their precious metals us instead of personally coming to our store), so if I am happy with your work I will surely hire you again to integrate that mail-in option in the website.
