10 Webmasters Required for 100+ Dynamic Websites

I have got some small and big projects of websites that I want to outsource to expert webmasters who have good knowledge and experiences to create Dynamic, database driven, php scripted and CMS handled websites. I am myself a webmaster so I don't need someone html webmaster or template-webmasters. you really need to have mastered in all above areas and need to deliver at least 1 website in 1-2 weeks. I have got more than 100 projects at the moment and it is increasing. Send an email with your CV and work experience with some portfolio. And don't forget to write that you accept my price. The website shall be made in 2 phases. The given website must have these functions: 1. An acceptable and brilliant layout using css (so that we can update time to time) 2. Php pages or at least php script should be able to run, 3. Search facility through the pages 3. Yagya list with a database facility to search and find 4. CMS admin panel to wrote and manage articles 5. Forum for clients 6. Client registration and login panel 7. Php forms handling and Automatic form pdf processing. 8. Shopping cart integration The detailed requirements shall be sent to you upon starting contract. Please keep in mind that if you use templates then you may not be able to combine all above facilities. so we expect you to create a fresh layout. I will pay per website $100 including 20% upfront. For big websites this payment shall be as first phase payment. Once first phase has been approved by us and all above mentioned facilities are functioning then we will enter in 2nd phase in which you will complete all pages and databases. For this you will be paid $100 to $200 depending upon your result in 1st phase. If you are an Indian and can also make / type Hindi websites then I will pay $200 for each website but they must have all said functions. We will give you either Hindi Translated texts or Hindi audio and you can type yourself. There are separate 40+ Hindi websites in the row.
