Study Program

We’re an institution, working together with 2 universities. We have both national and international students from all over the world. Our study program is mainly campus based but includes also some E-learning modules. That’s what we need an administration software for. The software should feature the following components: - Student administration (admission, enrolment, documents up/download, fees&tuition, student data update) - Course administration (facility and room booking, course details, course attendance, homework assignments up/download, calendar) - Student payment, institution budget management - Staff / Lecturer administration We do not need: - Library - Hostel / Dormitory - Transportation module Installation: - Preferably web-based Website: - We are currently developing a new website (CMS-based) - our aim is, that the student can login at our homepage and has direct access to the student database of the administration software. - This may require an interface website-Admin-Software E-Learning: - Database and Software is OLAT ([login to view URL]) - Interface or data import function from Admin-Software required
