WORKFRAME FOR MY SIMPLE WEBSITE PROJECT:

-----> Simple Website project should be design and developed from the scratch.
-----> Wireframes will be provided. Exact Web Designing according to the wireframes are required. (See the attached jpegs
from (step 1 to 14) for having an idea of webdesign layout we required)
-----> 4 static Pages (Home, Services, Solutions & Technology) with Sub Tabs in each static page to show contents of website.
(See the (Step 1 to 4) for static pages and its sub tabs. The Contents are available and will be provided once designing
starts).
-----> 2 banners at the left side and 2 banners at the right side should be properly uploadable from backend.
-----> 1 page (Reservation) is dynamic and have a form. This form contains following fields (Full Name, Company Name,
Occupation, Designation, Home Address, Office Address, Home Phone, Office Phone, Mobile Phone, Office Fax, E-mail, Company
URL, Country, City | State). Every field of Form should have validation.
The fields (Full Name, Office Phone or Mobile Phone or Home Phone, E-mail, Country and City | State) must be compulsory
fields and the rest should be optional, but if the remaining fields are not filled then in place of those fields the text
"N/A" should appear in next page of Confirmation.
There are 3 check boxes for (Office Phone, Mobile Phone and Home Phone) It is also mandatory to check atleast one of the
check box and if (for eg the check box of mobile phone is checked and in the form field of Mobile Phone, Mobile number is not
mention then it should altert a person to enter its mobile number before checking the Mobile Phone) and similar condition
with other check boxes should exist. Those check boxes which are checked should only appear in the next page of Confirmation
page and the rest should show text "N/A".
Another entry which is important and compulsory on the Reservation page is of choosing the Date and Time of Online conference
call from the drop down menu. The drop down will be in this format, Year: 2009 till 2020, Month: January till December and
Date: 1 till 31, Time: 1-12 and AM-PM. And therefore whatever user will select from this portion will appear exactly on the
next page of Confirmation page.
Finally the mandatory field of Message is present in this page and user must type some message which will appear in next page
of Confirmation page. The button present in this page is of "Save and Proceed". After pressing this button user will be
diverted to the Confirmation page, where he will see all details he provided in the form of Reservation page. Once a user
press "Save and Procced" all the fields must get saved in DB so that it can be edited and modified accordingly, as per need
by user from Edit button at Confirmation Page. (See the Reservation Step 5 Jpeg file to have an idea of procedure)
-----> Confirmation page first of all shows all the information from form, user enters on Reservation page. And there will be
an EDIT button that will help user go back to previous page of Reservation page and do the changing if he wants. (See the
attached Confirmation Step 6 jpeg file to have an idea for development)
"Consultancy Request ID" is a field that shows auto generated number in this format CRID001. Every person who fill the form
at Reservation Page and press "Save and Proceed" will be assigned a specific ID, like CRID001 and this appear in the top
field of Confirmation page. And the number of this specific auto generated number will increase per each form filled by
users. like CRID001, CRID002, CRID003 and so on. Similarly the "Requisition Date" at the top of Confirmation page will show
the exact date, when the form is filled, means simple the current date automaticaly and these fields should remain
nonchangeable form user end.
Confirmation page is the last front end page of this website and it contains some major functionalities, which are following;
-----> Complete Filled Form Information.
-----> Logical Service Charges Estimator:
This is an estimator which have logical calculation going on at backend. For example; This service charge estimator will show
the number of hours consultancy user needs and for how many days he need, therefore according to his selection the service
charges will be estimated. This service charges estimator will work like that:
Drop down menu for selection of Hours range from 1 to 8 hours and (by default selection will be 1 hour in drop down menu).
The next Drop down menu is for selection of number of days range from 1 to 31 days and (by default selection will be of 1 day
in drop down menu). Now the fixed price of 50$ will be stored in constant variable at backend. And the equation for this
service charge estimator would be like that:
a = hour , constant = c = 50, b= day, a x c = 2 x 50 = 100 = d (stored), d x b = 100 x 6 = 600 = e (stored). This amount
appaear in the boxes of Service charges below each drop down of hour selection and day selection.
-----> This is the exact way the "number of hours" and "number of days" plus the "total services charges" should be appearing
in the "Summary of Service Charge Estimator" blank spaces.
-----> Clicking "Please Read Our Terms and Conditions" will open a popup window that will contain our Terms and Conditions in
Text Format.
-----> The important function that have to be performed is when the check box of "Yes I Read & Agreed to Terms and Conditons
of Leaderistic Consultancy" get clicked. All the information present at this confirmation page, including All form Fields and
Service Charge Estimator values will get disable and cannot be change once the check box is "clicked" and "unclicking" will
enable all values means user can change them if needed.
-----> Clicking "Return Policy" will open a popup window that will contain our Return Policy in Text Format.
-----> Clicking "Privacy Policy" will open a popup window that will contain our Privacy Policy in Text Format.
-----> Contact button in the Header will popup a window with our company address.
-----> Clicking "Take Printout of Your Reservation" will show the user a complete detail of its Reservation along with the
summary of service charges. In short the Printout Format should be printable when a user wants to have a printout of its
reservation. (See the attached jpeg file OF (Reservation Detail for Printout In HTML format Step 7) to understand this
better.)
-----> At Confirmation page finally the button of "Continue-->" will perform two functions. One is to divert the user to the
sub merchant account website for online payment transcation. And second is an email that will automatically be send from our
hosted server email acount to the email account provided by user during filling form at reservation page, in an HTML format
with complete reservation along with summary of service charges. (See the attached jpeg file OF (Reservation Detail by Email
in HTML format (Step 8) to understand this better.)
-----> The popup window will open along with a Thank you message. (See the attached file of "Popup Thankyou Message (Step 9)"
for better understanding.)
-----> Once user press "Continue-->" that information will be saved in DB. From that DB the info will be extracted and appear
in Customer Support Panel at backend.
-----> There is a "Customer Support login" button for Agent on home page. (See the attached jpeg file of CSR Login (Step 10)
for better understanding)
-----> After signing be able to see the online consultancy request details of user inside the Customer Support Panel. (See
the attached file of "CSR PANEL (Step 11)" to findout the way information will be available in the panel and here are 4 basic
functionalities that will be perfromed in CSR Panel. The entries will be sort by latest reservations.
The field of "Detail" is a button that contains a complete information about the Consultancy Requester and after pressing
this Detail button Customer Support Agent will see the Complete Detail of Requester. (See the attached jpeg file of "CLIENT
DETAIL INSIDE SCR PANEL (Step 12)
-----> Inside the Consultnacy Requester Details, the Customer Support Agent will find two actions to perform.
One is to Take a Printout of Detail for his record, Same way happening in (Step 7). (See the attached jpeg file OF
(Consultancy Details Prinout by CSR in HTML format (Step 13) to understand this better.)
And the Second way if of "Forwarding" the complete details of Consultancy Requester to the Senior Official or Consultant or
Experts by typing their Emails in the blank spaces for Emails and Press "Forward Case" button to forward/email the case of
Consultanncy to 1 or 2 Expert/Consultancts by Email. (See the attached jpeg file OF Consultancy Details send by Email to
Consultans in HTML format (Step 14) to understand this better.)
Here it is important to note that when a Customer Support Agent will Enter the Email/s of 1 or 2 person and press "Forward
Case" button Automaticaly at the CSR Admin Panel The Column of "Forwarded Status" will change its text from "NO"to "YES",
means this case is Forwarded to Experts. Its simple and logical. The "Forwaded Status" field/column of CSR Panel will show
"NO" be default, but when an Agent go in Details and type email of someone and press "Forward Case" button, then the "NO"
will change into "YES". (See the attached Jpeg file of "CLIENT DETAIL INSIDE SCR PANEL (Step 12)" for better understanding.)
-----> "Previous Case" and "Next Case" are the two button that will let the Cusomter Support Agent see the previous or next
details of Consulancy Requester without moving back to CSR Panel.

development of website with full functionality testing on Freelancer Server. After observing and QA of website source code
and database on Freelancer Server the 25% amount will be Escrowed for deploying the source code and databse on our own
company hosted server, remaining 25% will be escrowed when the freelancer will properly deployed the sourcecode and database
on our company server.
-----> After checking and testing of complete website functionalities on our own hosted server, the complete 100% escrowed
amount will be released for Freelancer.
(We cannot compromise on payment terms because in past so many people took advance payment and after we release escrowed
amount they disappear and leave the work unfinished). Therefore if you bid on our project, you must know we will not
compromise on payment terms we define above.

-------> Interested Freelancers, must comeup with a breakup and timeline of updates.
Aforementioned is the requirements for this simple website project. Every snapshot step by step is provided and this complete
detail information od requirement is enough for a serious and expert Freelancer to understand the flow of this simple website
project.
However, if any Freelancer is agreed to work on this website project, he should not asked to release escrowed payment until
the website is not completely fully functional at our hosted server. We would like to work on long term business relation and
over succesful completion of our simple website project, there might be chance of getting complimentary extra bonus payment
in reward. However for uncomplete work wheather at designing or development, deployment or debugging level the Freelancer
will not possess any rights to asked for release of Escrowed payments.
------> The Project will be awarded once we see the First part of our simple website project that is simple website layout
designing on their server properly. Once we see the first phase completion we will award the project to freelancer and escrow
the first level 25% amount for freelancer account. But again Freelancer have to show first phase of designing done on his
server to get the Project Awarded on his name.
