Simple website w/ mobile variation

I am launching a new marketing firm, and need a professional looking website to represent it as soon as possible. It dosen't have to be complex -- no need for logins, streams or databases. I already have a rough template of how the homepage should be designed; all I really need is someone who can polish up the aesthetics, and quickly code a set of pages into existence. What I need is the standard web presence affair: -A splash homepage w/ a mobile variation, -"what we do" page w/ a mobile variation, -"our team" page, -"Contact us" page. This site is the last important hurdle we have before we can look credible enough to attract clients. As such the sooner it can be done, the better. I'll give a time table of a first iteration of the home page in 3 days, project completion within one week.
