Simple Website Design

My company has just registered a new business called Newstart Training. We now require a simple website (4 pages) established quickly. The website needs to have a professional feel as the clients for the business will be large companies and government organisations. The website will have a home/landing page, an "Our Courses" page, a "Our Partners" page, and a "Contact Us" page. Initial content has been drafted and is in the attached word document. Our logo has also been attached to provide an indication of our companies colour themes. This will be made available in multiple formats as required. We already have a domain and hosting arranged, so part of the project will require the successful freelancer to organise the control panel for ongoing use, and turn the page live for us. The website should be image heavy (will need to be sourced) as there is not a lot of content required for each page. We will develop the content further later on, and I would like to use the successful designer for ongoing maintenance as required. I will organise that outside of this project if we are happy with the product.
