Shiftcode Designer

I am seeking an EXPERIENCED web designer who knows ShiftCode script used for Incentive/GPT sites. You must know this script well! I am looking to create a GPT site with the ShiftCode script similar to that of CashCrate.com. I obviously am not looking to copy or an exact production of that site, but something similar in which I will provide more details to the chosen designer. I would suggest registering to the site so you can see the inner-workings of it and how they have it set up. The site you see is "something" like I want, including the integrated forum and a game. I will need a unique homepage design as well as a unique members area and unique offers page. I need these of the highest quality **If you cannot produce high quality designs please don't bother applying** I do NOT want a template looking site. I am looking for something very fun and entertaining looking that uses custom graphics and not stock graphics. I am willing to pay between 300-500 for this project, depending on the outcome of the completed site. Project winner will be expected to keep design and information confidential.
