Reprogram existing Webapplication to generate menu plans based on genes - repost 2

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS IN THE ATTACHMENT!!! We are a genetics company that performs genetic testing for lifestyle purposes. We can test your genes and find out how to best lose weight. Some people are sensitive to carbohydrates and some are sensitive to fat in their food and so depending on the genetic test we need to reduce fat or carbohydrates for that person. We also test if eating less or sports is more effective for weight loss and we then recommend to do more of the one or the other. To make following our program easier, we have created a menu and sports portal that has a list of 800 food items it choses for you based on your genes. It then tells you how much to eat from each food to: Not eat too many caloreis per day Not eat too much of food that contains too much fat or carbohydrates for your genes (very small portions) Eat enough of food that has the right ratio of fat and carbohydrates The current system also has the option to refresh the randomly generated menu if you dont like something. The problem with the current system is: The stablity.. We get crashes again and again The features are very limited… key features such as saving are not available We have reinvented the system with new features and usability improvements and now want someone to program it according to our expectations. You may take the current system as inspiration, but it will probably be best of you start from scratch. INFO: I am no programmer, but I have a very clear idea of the structure and algorithms behind it. My plan is to guide you through the programming process step by step and progressively build on the features so all works before we implement more features and so it is structured in small easily understandable parts. We want io be pogrammed on a suitable platform/Framework... I dont know what is best... but the Freelancer website type of useability and animations seems nice. Please advise what you would recommend. Here are the requirements: ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: Must be programmed to make the user feel it works very smoothly.. No long loading times.. No crashing, Loading in such a way that it looks good and not fragmented etc. Must be able to handle the large database of food items (150.000) and recipes (800) Must be able to handle 10.000+ users.. Assuming server is able to handle it. Drag and drop.. As well as saving of everything must work well. Printing of plans must work well Multi browser support Preparation and ability to create an Android app would be appreciated… (FOLLOW UP PROJECT) TIMING: We are under time pressure. We need a fast professional that can spend most of his time on the project.. No „Evening/Weekend only“ workers please. We need at lease 40h of your time per week and I want to be heavily involved in the process. Therefore I would like to set small steps and see the result before going on to next step. We would like to track the amount of work investied with the time tracker tool if possible. Due to our time restrictions, we would like to be able to awardthe project to someone else if no progress is made. We will not leave negative feedback, but if it does not work out early on in the project, we need to find alternatives. If we agree to discontinue the project early on.. We will pay for your troubles to have a peaceful discontinuation. Financials: We have 5 star rating with many projects done, so our payment is not a problem. We had bad experience with freelancers doing a little work and asking for money straight away and after 50% of work.. They disappeared…. So we will prepare all of the money as milestones, but we will release then when the thing is finished and working well. Please do not bid if you dont agree with this type of deal.
