Professional speaker booking commerce site

I need a site designed and built that has the following functionality. The site should cater for two distinct customers which require different Registration and login details. The site should cater for "Professional Speakers" to register and set up a profile which includes- -Personal details incl ability to upload a Photo -ABN (Tax registration number) -Account details -Calendar for them to list their availability -Set their Honorarium or Speaker fee -Contact Details History of past Bookings The site should also allow "Clients" to register and set up a profile which includes -Personal Details -Company or Organization details Inc ABN (Tax rego number) -Contact details -History of past bookings made Clients should then be able to login to the site and search for Speakers by their state, area of specialty or name The site should then display the speaker details in a vertical list corresponding to the search, Clients should be able to review the details and select the speaker to see their availability. Once the availability has been checked and the requested dates selected by the client an email should then be automatically sent by the site to the speaker for their review and acceptance or decline. The client should also be able to make a comment via a free text box. If accepted an email should then go to the client informing them that the booking has been approved and asking them to login to make their payment.- This letter template should be editable by the site admin. The site should have a paypal check out to enable this payment to be made. If the Speaker declines the booking another email should be sent to the client - This letter template should be editable by the site admin.
