PHP Developer Needed "Quality"

Hi - I am looking for a web php developer to modify my site [login to view URL] I would like to have community upload their own drawings and sell them on the site as well. Currently it is only set up for administrators to post products onto the site. The current software I am using for the site is interspire shopping cart. I need to transform this sire so it will be community based. - The site host will need to receive a percentage of the sales. When bidding please SHOW me that you know what your are doing when it comes to this type of transformation. Developing a site where users can upload their own content and sell it. Now there is currently a lot of sites who offer this to there communities, this shouldn't be to large of a task, meaning - I'm not requiring you to re invent the wheel.
