OSCommerence CRE Loaded Project. Need programmer.

I am in need of a person or persons who can complete projects as we need them. We sometimes have small projects like just creating a logo to more detailed projects like below. Please note all or most of our sites are in OSCommerence CRE Loaded so you must have advanced knowledge to be considered. Site: 1 [login to view URL] Needed Functions: 1. Needs to be able to track sales of items by reseller/studio. The Studios that sends us the products need their own section they can login into with username and password to track their sales/items. Kind of like an affiliate account but with a lot of extra features. Each item they sell will have a different commission. Meaning on one song/item they may get 20% and on another song or item they may get 50%. So if client studio A wants to see what he has sold today, he can login to this section to see exactly what he has sold, how many and how much they made. Each product will need to be able to be linked to a Studio account. They need to be able to enter in how they want to be paid, IE bank transfer or PayPal email address. They need to be able to make changes as needed to their account. IE address and so forth. We setup a demo for the client to see. The difference is the login would be an email address and password. Basically what the section would show is when they login in is ther sales and so forth. They may have a couple hundred products so it would need to display so information could be found easily. They would also need to be able to run reports of some sort. The demo mainly shows fake sales. The commission would show what they made and so forth. 2. We want to be able to sell ad/banner space. So this needs to be like a person buying a product buy them choosing banner 1 at one price, banner 2 at another price and so on. It also needs then to allow them to upload their banner which would be emailed to an email address preferred to be reviewed along with the banner image then we would manually add the banner. There would need to be an account created when a person does this so they can track there click through. 3. Need a studio section. So let’s say manufacture has 100 products, these products need to show up under their own section along with an image and text about them. 4. Since a lot of the items we are going to be selling are downloadable, there needs to be able to easily link items when creating the products all in one window. 5. Way music shows up. When we add a Albun, there is normally several songs. I want to be able to sell all songs under one items like the link below and be able to play a sample song like the link below. Let’s just change the header where it says Flie Tunes to a cool design with a logo that I will need. Also change the buttons in the header at the top to something else. Our current programmers are in the UK and backlogged but this could lead to a long term relationship if the price, qaulity and time completing project is on par. Kevin
