OSCommerce Expert Needed for Small Programming and Design

We are looking for someone who is an expert in OSCommerce to do some additional programming and designing in our site. Initial priorities of this project are: 1) Make page loading of entire site almost instant 2) Modify csv upload module so 100,000+ products can be uploaded at one time (includes work on the [login to view URL] file). 3) Complete/Fix shipping modules so customers can checkout using Google Checkout/Paypal/International Checkout etc. with no bugs or errors See project specs attached. Some code within site is custom, so winner must have extensive knowledge of how to work around code to make specs work. Winner MUST be an expert in OSCommerce and provide a portfolio link of previous work completed. After the above are completed, the rest of the project specs can be completed. PLEASE NOTE: if you are not expert in OSCommerce, don't waste mine and your's time and do not bid. Project must be completed within time period offered.
