One wordpress page

I have a website which I built from a drag and drop, it's limiting in it's abilities, but simple to use. I recently installed wordpress onto the server which host my website and have no idea yet how to use it. I have 1 page on my website site that I would like to have professionally built using wordpress. That page allready exist with content, and links. I need a freelancer who can pretty much transfer my content and links into a spiced up wordpress version of my drag and drop page. Graphic design is a prerequisite, but not huge, add some pictures and make it look pretty.
