We are looking for someone to work with on a website. The domain name is already purchased and is for individuals to offer their properties that they think are at a good market price to investors. The properties will not be shown on the site but emailed to investors interested in properties in that area of the country. For example Essex, England. Individuals will have to pay to circulate their property and investors will have to pay an admin fee to join. This will also cover twelve months subscription. One of the key points of this site will be offering a discreet service and opportunity for investors to buy a bargain property. A good SEO site with lots of keyword. Pages:- Home Seller info and registration Buyer info and registration Logos and colour schemes need to be designed.
