This is my first project to be posted at freelancer and i will be playing very safely as i have been cheated in many other freelancing [login to view URL], anyone, who can work with me without taking an initial milestone will only place a bid for me here. Description: I will be needing a website design in HTML for a training institute of web technologies that i will be opening and operating its businesses here and there over the world in franchisees. The employers will also be able to pick up any candidate who will be attending this [login to view URL] will be classroom teaching and also online training to be following up. The main technologies, i will be providing as tution are : PHP, HTML, HTML5,MY SQL, PHOTOSHOP(Designing tools), SEO , SEM and ANDROID. The site needs to attract STUDENTS and also EMPLOYERS who will be hiring experts from my institute. Video testimonials for my earlier students will also be there as it will give me good business.A job portal of a single page will be attached with the site as it will attract more EMPLOYERS. Payment: I WILL NOT SPEND A SINGLE MONEY OR UPLOAD A SINGLE PENNY, before i see half of the work being done and showed to me from the end of the PROVIDER [login to view URL] i see the work done at your server,i will release the 1st milestone of 40%. Then you will need to provide me with the files of the work done till that [login to view URL] the end of the rest 50% or half of the work, i will release next 40% [login to view URL] testing and W3C Verification , i will pay the rest 20% payment. ANYONE WHO DO NOT WANT TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT BID, AS I WILL REPORT VIOLATION FOR THOSE BIDS/BIDDERS. If this project gets successful, i will need some logos and brochures to be designed from your end. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME. THANKS.
