Need programmer to add features for social network website

I have a social networking website that consists of users being from college and cities in the US. On the website users can post different things like blogs, forum posts, polls, surveys, etc.. These users can also reply to and comment on these posts. I need a programmer for a small project to just add a feature where users get points for the type and number of posts and their interaction on the website. and users with the most points at a specific college or area will be broadcasted as leader of that college, etc.. until someone gets more points.. please email me if you are interested in this small project..
